I wouldn't be surprised if there was some sort of Banshee/Falcon-esque vehicle. They've been in all their other games. I wouldn't think it'd be your personal space ship.
As far as interplanetary travel, I wouldn't be surprised if there was some kind of space-flight DLC, but personally, I'd rather have more polished levels, weapons, and gameplay than space flight.
And before you pull the No Man's Sky card, keep in mind that that game is Procedurally generated, not hand crafted. It'll be the difference between a hand-tossed, oven baked, New York pizza and a $2.00 pizza you can buy at Walmart.

The argument is that if a 4 man team could make an FPS with extra-atmospheric gameplay why can't a 500 man team at Bungie. There's all sorts of reasons, chief among them being the procedural process Hello Games uses in NMS.
