Why do many Christians hate gays?
Wasn't that Leviticus verse in the Old Testament? You know, the same book that says eating shellfish and cutting your beard is a sin?
I thought Christians followed the teachings of Jesus Christ, who obviously refuted a lot of the Jewish traditions in favor of more personal freedom and love for all humanity.
Jesus never said anything bad about gays... Least I don't think so...

It's funny, because I've yet to actually meet a Christian IRL who hates homosexuals and has [i]also[/i] read the entire Bible. Hell, I know more about the Bible than most of my Christian friends. Sad, really.
