Best Equipment/Armor Ability system in a Halo game

I always had the issue in Halo 3 of saving the Equipment for that [i]one[/i] right moment to use them that rarely came. ODST VISR was awesome Reach equipment was all good, except Sprint was kinda lame. Halo 4 equipment is also good, but the Thruster Pack and Jetpack are nerfed on normal gravity.
