Kids run 90 seconds slower per mile these days...

  • Now? Easily, because my parents are both very aged for the country we reside in. Back when my dad was 40? No. I can run a mile in about 7:30 now, and about 6:50-7:00 back in high school, but my dad was in his college track team back in the Philippines and kept running regularly until he moved to America. There's no way I could handle something like that if I went up against my dad from when he was still running.
