That is a build I am considering, the cpu is almost the same (can easily overclock it to the 8350), and the graphics card is better.
Another one I am considering, cpu is still pretty good and the graphics card is basically a 7970.
Now about your build, go with a different psu. Try to get an 80plus one, good brands too look at are xfx, corsair, seasonic.
Ultimately this is the build I am shooting for.
Edit: disregard the comment about bottlenecking, I looked at a different build.

My GPU'll be bottlenecked? Really? Hm... Didn't expect that one. Any recommendations for a different GPU, in the case that's true?

Edited by Steveokiller: 10/26/2013 11:37:42 PMEh, looked at a different build :P. The card should be fine. Though the psu on yours I would look at changing. Edit: If you ever plan on overclocking that cpu though get an aftermarket cooler. The stock cooler will be fine at stock settings though.

Oh, so my card'll be fine? Cool. Yeah, the PSU isn't the best. I've already changed it, by the recommendations of almost everybody in this thread. And, I'm not quite sure about overclocking. I think I'll refrain for the time being. Also, is the mobo any good? I'm a bit iffy on it.

I do have one thing you could possibly do for that build. If you can it wouldnt be a terrible idea to change to that card. It is more expensive but it will beat out the 7850. If you cant afford to do that, downgrade the cpu to a 8320 (which if oc'ed will pretty much be a 8350) and take the money you save and upgrade your card to that one. Though you do not get the 2 free games with it, so that is something to consider.

Board is great, Asus makes some really good mobos and gpu's. Glad too hear you are changing the psu, never a good idea to skimp out on it. Which one did you change it too?

Seasonic 620w. Pretty good for the price, and I hear it's a favourite amongst many.
