You mean those protesters that surrounded the police in a screaming mob for half an hour after being given multiple orders to disperse, and were told multiple times that force would be used if they didn't comply?
30 minutes give a much clearer picture than 30 seconds.

I'll post the same thing I posted the last time someone tried to "put this in context"
Weather he warned them or not is not the issue. The issue is that he pepper sprayed peaceful protesters who were on public grounds. UC Davis is owned by the taxpayers of California, and the campus forum, quad, and sidewalks leading to them, are public spaces. These were non-violent protesters who posed no threat to the campus police, and were assaulted illegally with high-potency pepper spray. That pepper spray is designed to take down bears, not people.
The students had every right to be there, regardless of what the campus police wanted.

uh...what? 1(bears actually have far more sensitive noses than dogs, able to smell you from about 3.5 miles on average. bear mace is actually weaker concentrated than human mace as a result. 2( they were throwing rocks, etc at police but it was edited out of the OWS official videos. hell, would you trust the hippies who like to live in trees and throw their own S*** at people [http://www.sodahead.com/living/ows-throws-feces-urine-blood-at-food-vendors/question-2271331/, http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2012/03/21/nypd-says-ows-dumped-feces-urine-in-atm-vestibule-and-down-stairs/] ?
