The three of us at Super Good Advice apologize profusely for collectively locking a couple dozen people out of code redemption for the next 24 hours. To ensure that nobody sits at their computer and spends 60 days trying to input every single code combination in to ensure all five codes are successfully taken, three days from today (10/13/13) we will come back and quietly edit in the correct answers for people to try.
