Since I'm new to digital art I understand the learning curve, yet I think you have something here. Her face and expression is really good ... and since the Awoken are a 'mysticy' type of being I think you give her some good substance. A touch of color highlight on selected areas of her body would help give her distance and individuality, without pulling too much away from the piece. imo
Also, very clever 'timeline' shift.

Thanks :D I drew the face after spending about an hour going through some of the best anime/manga paintings I could find. trying to nail down the best I could do.

I know what you mean. I've spent hours looking at techniques and then translating them into my natural art style. It Appears you've found some gems in your efforts ... It'll only get better.
