There were a lot of questions left unanswered. Just last mail-sack they say no blue flames, then in this video have a character who's head has a blue glow. Lol. My guess is that the glow is due to being an Awoken raced character. The breakdown was far less than desirable.

I was thinking the blue glow was a joke to those cat ear people in the feed.

Could have been either. But for now I'm being optimistic that that was an awoken character. They say a choice of race isn't going to really "matter" so I'm hoping the choice is at least aesthetically significant.
