Some new Pokemon X and Y info.

- Pokémon gain experience when the wild pokémon is caught, as previously confirmed. A pokémon gives the same amount of experience whether it is caught or defeated. - Sky battles are limited to Flying-type pokémon and those with the ability Levitate, as was also previously known. However, we now know that certain moves will not be able to be used during Sky Battles. - There will be an adjustment to the inheritance system of breeding. - Ghost-type pokémon can freely escape from battle without being influenced by trapping moves or the Shadow Tag ability. - The item Exp. Share will become the Exp. All, as it was in Gen 1. When a pokémon holding this item participates in battle, all of its teammates receive a portion of the experience earned. Thankfully, the total experience is not divided up, but rather distributed. The participating pokémon receives 100% of what the total experience would have been, and non-participating pokémon receive 50% of what it would have been. - Priority was given to new pokémon when distributing new moves and abilities. - The CGI style is different from that seen in Pokémon Stadium or Pokémon Battle Revolution, as those games were meant to emulate "realism within fantasy." To make the handheld games more accessible to all players, battles were made "cuter." - The standard process for selecting pokémon to receive mega evolutions is based on three points: visual appearance, popularity, and game balance. - The power-up from mega evolution is supposed to elevate the pokémon to the level of legendary pokémon. This is why only one pokémon holding a mega stone is allowed on a team. - You can select when to mega evolve during battle. - Some moves, particularly special ones, have had their power and accuracy revamped.
