Except, you know, it's been happening for over 200 years and its start lines up perfectly with the industrial revolution. 10 years of stagnancy doesn't disprove anything.

Middle ages had a period of warmth which match the 1940's. The earth warms from many different ways ranging from CO2, the Sun and how close it is (For example Summer) and the core and how close you are to the Equator
