Huh. I feel bad for his team mates, they're trying to communicate and coordinate and he's off wasting oxygen and making a fool of himself and esports.
Seems like the sort of thing that MLG would want to reign in, and while I haven't watched a ton of Professional CoD, I don't see crap like this with Starcraft, League of Legends, or DoTA.
I don't see crap like this with Starcraft.
wut. Starcraft has some of the most BM players of all time. Manner mules, manner Nexus. Hell, one made a dollar sign made of pylons to mess with his opponent after the game. Interviews with Naniwa/Idra are probably some of the best examples of shit talk that happens in Starcraft.

Admitably I don't follow Starcraft or Dota as closely as I follow League, but at the very least from what I've seen it's way more civil. I'm sure there are players that push the boundries, but not like this surely >_>

Edited by Titty Monster: 8/14/2013 1:04:19 AMNaniwa called Polt in a pregame match "a little bitch." MC famously did a slit-throat motion against Idra back a few years ago when he won MLG something. Oh, and of course, every Terran player ever manner muling when GG is assured or, as Taeja infamously demonstrated, before the opponent mounts a massive comeback. Oh, and make room on your friends list. Ghost > Everyone else.

It's CoD..... what do you expect?

It seems like the biggest teams like optic and faze do keep it pro (unlike their fanboys) though it also looks like any team that is not tier 0 is a lot like this which is sad because I will admit the call of dutys are pretty fun to watch pro IMO. This kinda stuff just ruins it, this kind of playing should be in trolling 6 year olds videos not competitive events.

That's really unfortunate. I know that in League of Legends some pros (well, one particular one off the top of my head) got banned from competing for a year thanks to his repeated toxic behavior both at events and in solo queue despite warnings from Riot.
