You see them respond in the tone that they want you to use it is because we get the most complaints from people who want a more controlled and strict environment where it takes more work to get that result. However, no where are they telling you that you must use it. If you like the chaos, fine. If you don't, then don't expect it to be cleaned up for you in a way you like. That has been what they are saying.
