2 players, 1 game?
Hello, fellow Guardians!
I saw [url=http://www.bungie.net/7_Is-it-safe-to-assume-we39ll-have-Splitscreen/en-us/Forum/Post?id=60993133#referred-Multiplayer]this thread[/url], but I thought it wasn't really the same problem.
Sorry if I'm being a nuisance:
Do we know if Destiny can be played simoultaneously by two people on the same console/TV?
I'm thinking of playing it with my sister, and I would gladly buy a second game if it's needed for account issues, but buying two PS4's... we can't afford it. [b]How much do we know on the subject?[/b]

So far, no current generation titles or title spanning over current and past generation consoles are supporting split-screen as far as I know. Still, maybe Bungie will break the trend.

splitscreen is starting to become a thing of the past unfortunately.

Split screen co-op would be great, but I don't think that'll be a feature. I want it too, so we're in the same boat man, sorry.

7 Repliesthis is my opinion but i would really hate if there is split screen especially in competitive mp. i hate when i kill someone in FPS Mp and their (2) splitscreener runs at me prefireing because he saw me kill his friend on the other half of the tv. Also didn't borderlands have split screen? if so its a possibility. but i still don't want split screen added because the mic support isn't there. the ps eye's mic sucks, lets be honest, and there is no way properly hear 2 people unless you are in a party chat with 2 headsets and in my time on ps4 only about 10-20% of random people will join my party chat or invite me when on the same team. if there was a way for two mics in game chat then fine throw in splitscreen but restrict it from mp.

Destiny I's from the creators of Halo best split screen coop game before Borderlands. It will be out of their nature to not include split screen for Destiny. In my opinion.
