I don't even think it's Halo 3 being played via a mouse and keyboard adapter. It looks like a video he's pretending to control. The character's point-of-view is so stiff and linear like it's being manipulated with a game pad's joystick—not at all like mouse input. The input we see him performing doesn't always match up with the video either.
