I also don't personally believe there is a PC version of Halo 3 in the works. After all, wouldn't it have made sense to announce it at E3. Assuming that picture of the cover came from the same person who posted the video, wouldn't it be odd if the game already had a cover despite not even being announced? Besides, there are so many things about that cover that make no sense. To begin with, it doesn't mention Windows 8 as a platform. Secondly, ATi doesn't exist anymore. Finally, it reads Bungie who, at this point, would obviously have nothing to do with the game. In general, everything about that cover makes me suspect that it's a mock-up made in 2008 by some fan. Not that there is no chance a PC version of Halo 3 exist. But the person who made the video isn't in possession of one, and assuming the cover is from a different person, neither are they. It's fake.
