It's fake.
[b]1:[/b] People make fake game covers all the time.
[b]2:[/b] As TheSpiderChief pointed out. The cover would have 343's logo on it and not Bungie's.
[b]3:[/b] In the menu screen you see the green A button and the red B button.
[b]4:[/b] You can use a keyboard and mouse on the 360. You just need a hookup for it.

Halo 2 Vista had controller buttons in its menus as well.

Well it is apparently an early port build.

If it's an early port build why would it be using buttons that the keyboard doesn't have? You would think the first thing you do is get the controls setup. It's fake until we see the Halo 3 icon on the desktop page thing and he clicks it and plays from there. It's not that hard to have the 360 on the ground out of sight with the PC next to the TV.
