Doubt it. If every living human lives in the city, it would make sense for the guardians to be diverse and multiethnic. Racists can shove it.

The problem with playing with a diverse group of people is if matchmaking is peer to peer hosting then a North American player being hosted in Japan will likely have some seriously angry lag. Without the entire game hosted on persisting servers you basically have to play with people in your region to avoid mondo lag.
