But I remember making a group for my future alliance in Destiny and making two topics in it. Then i got on today and everything was gone.
-
Nevertheless, your account shows that it was created today. I would imagine that you now have 2 accounts (each with different login credentials/systems). Look for your group and you will probably see your other account that created it.
-
The only difference is that I pressed it to remember this account so I'm logged in when I get on the site.
-
What's the name of the group that you created earlier?
-
Moirai

https://www.bungie.net/7_kogawinfree/en-us/view/profile/index#!page=index&mid=3914467 That is your previous and "other" account. This is the account that you are posting with now. https://www.bungie.net/7_kogawinfree/en-us/view/profile/index#!page=index&mid=3923201 You have 2 accounts.
-
How do I sign in with the other one?
-
Log out of your current account and log back in using the credentials and login information of the previous account (whether it was a MS, FB, PSN, Google account).
-
I signed out and signed back in with the same password, username, and with microsoft but it still signed me in with this.
-
I have two accounts with the same name and sign in information.
-
I can't tell you (or assist you) with managing your authentication methods. You do have two accounts. It's up to you to remember/discover what login method you used for your previous account.
-
Well, I just hope bungie might see this and fix this small bug. Because the only thing i did differently was try to remember account on this computer. When I signed back in I did not press it this time and I'm still in this account.
-
I remember what happened. After i pressed to remember account it told me I was signed in as KogaWinfree then took me through steps like I was signing in for the first time.
-
This is not a bug. You signed on differently and created a new account. If you do not have the login information for your previous account, then that account will be inaccessible to you.
-
Could I delete this account then try to log in then I would log in as my other profile?
-
Bungie accounts can not be deleted. If you used the same authentication system for both accounts (MS for example) then you have 2 MS accounts, each associated with a Bungie.Net account. If you used 2 different methods (for example, 1 uses MS the other FB) then you will need to migrate the one method from your newest account to your older account so that both external accounts are linked to your older Bungie.Net account. What login method(s) did you have for your old and new accounts?
-
The same thing, same password, username, microsoft, and I did not link anything else. I clicked on link to facebook on this new one, but I did not go through with it I backed out. I did the same exact thing I did last time i logged in as my old account and it made a new one. I wish I could give you more information but that is all I have.
-
I don't know/see how that is possible (for you to have a single MS account that is linked to two Bungie.Net accounts). Do you have multiple MS/WLID/Gamertags?
-
Edited by KogaWinfree: 5/2/2013 9:38:08 PMNo, not linked with this email atleast. And it's odd, I look at my friends and it's friends with one account that I created a long time ago that I am not even friends with and an account that I am friends with. But the profile picture of my account that it shows me as is my old one. That's why I'm struggling here these two seemingly different accounts are the same. It's like if I went to facebook and made an account then sign out and put in the same name, email, and password. It would not let me do it because that account is already created. That is pretty much what happened here.

If you only have one MS/WLID/XBL account and somehow used it to create/login to both Bungie.Net accounts, then I am at a loss (and beyond my abilities) as how to assist. As you said, the topic is opened and perhaps a web-admin (who may have the ability to look at your accounts at a level which I cannot) will be able to tell if those two accounts are somehow linked to the same MS ID (which I did not think was at all possible).
