Do you have to be super super fit? Or can you join in reasonable fitness and be trained to super fit level? I'm 15 right now and compared to other people my I'm relatively unfit.

Not sure what your standard would be considering I don't know how tall you are but you'll have to be able to do 17 push ups, 24 sit ups and run a mile in 8 minutes and 30 seconds. Also, you have to be 17. All of that's for basic training. Standards change after basic. After training, they expect you to do 54 sit ups in 2 minutes, 42 push ups in 2 minutes and run 2 miles in less than 15 minutes and 56 seconds.
