The other factions better have one too. Otherwise a lot of people are going to find themselves unable to leave Earth because Dead Orbit owns all the spaceships :/

I imagine that the factions are in some grudging, albeit tense, compromise. Dead Orbit might rely on the guns made from the Seven Seraphs to arm their ships, and so on and so forth. Each faction would like to control all of the power, but the current system keeps things in balance and contained, though they are ever seeking a way to break free.

Very interesting possibility, if Bungie is going to play it like that, They've found a way to keep all the factions in balance no matter what. Just as long as none of the factions can really build anything without at least 1 other faction it should be fine
