I think you should be able to prone.
It would make the hunter class a lot more awesome.

/\ This, seeing as the hunter class is basically a stealth class it would be silly not to have prone. Not to mention the havoc that a warlock could wreak by sneaking behind enemy lines and then letting rip :)
