Scenario: It is 1946, Germany and Japan defeat the Allies and each control most of the world. With no one left to fight the two turn on each other, and fight for world domination. The Allies did not inflict much damage on either of the two so both militaries are intact. The Allied Armies are destroyed so they are not a variable. WWII Russia is not a valid answer. Batman is not a valid answer. The Germans stepped on Italy so they don't count either. Who Wins? Personally I think the Germans win.
