Why do we have ads? We've never had ads! Especially in the most random places. I'll be there is a stupid one in this paragraph! Grenades might hurt, but this is painful! This is a gaming companies website!
Edit: It would appear that when I was downloading a game it downloaded a wrapper (Wineskin).
-
...there are no ads bro
-
Update: Wineskin wrapper was a background download.
-
There are no ads, people. OP downloaded some sort of malware onto his browser.
-
Ads as in words that get highlighted and link to websites? That's malware installed in your browser. Check your add-ons, there's probably one that you haven't installed. Remove it, refresh it, and bye bye ads!
-
Check to see what back ground pages are running. You probably accidentally downloaded something and now have a back ground page running that's causing ads.
-
What in the flying -blam!- are you blabbering about?

Blame Vien, he hacked you
-
I don't see any ads, nor do I have adblock.
-
Screencap this madness OP.
-
Yeah, you probably got a virus if you're seeing ads in posts.
-
I turned adblock off, and I still don't see any.
-
I don't see any... Get Chrome with Adblock.
-
I also have safari with ad block and I see zero ads. Something is wrong then.
-
I'm using adblock on safari.
-
Adblock, holmes.
-
It's not an ad, it is the Melon Lord!
-
Adblock is your friend.
