If Xbox doesn't receive different exclusive content I'll consider not buying Destiny. It would be a serious dump on the peoples chest that essentially turned your small time devs into juggernauts. I hate Microsoft just as much as anyone else but that is just -blam!-ed up.

Well, Iv'e been playing Xbox for years, just throwing down my beloved controller for a PS controller sounds horrible. PS controllers are atrocious, not to mention how different PS is, like no party system... that scares the living hell out of me. and I am sure that it goes both ways. So yes, it is a big deal.

So you turn subjective preference into being scared to use something because its different? how immature. I mean, ive been playing on xbox since day 1, xbox 360 since day 1. Played had 400 hours Halo 2 and Halo 3 together. And after that conference, I like what sony is doing, never have before this, but the mindset they're trying to make is more pro-gaming. Versus the microsoft take which is more pro-entertainment system

I'm not being scared or immature, just some people prefer different things, it's why there is variety in life, and personally I think games are better as entertainment rather then a pro statement. You may disagree, but that is life. I am sure I am not the only one who dislikes Sony and PlayStation.

I'm not talking about us. I'm saying that Bungie is dissing Microsoft after Microsoft essentially gave Bungie the opportunity to turn into the big company that it is now. That is why I stated the thing about Microsoft at the end of the post. I'm not mad for us fans that have been supporting Bungie. I'm mad that they would forget about who made them successful. Even if the exclusive was something as silly as a scarf and a pair of gloves it wouldn't even matter. It's the principal behind it.

Wow. Do you want to know [i]why[/i] the PS4 is getting exclusive content? It's because Sony [i]paid[/i] for there to be. [b]Microsoft didn't.[/b] Don't blame Bungie for "betraying" or "back-stabbing" Xbox users. Blame the fact that money makes the world go 'round and that Microsoft didn't splash out for extras.

To me it seems like Bungie is just weening Playstation players in. I hope the exclusive items are pretty pointless(like capes or something) not something like new weapons or areas. It still rubs me the wrong way.

Exclusive content is a trend, hopefully at that, in the gaming industry, get used to it. Your the gamer not the developer. Buy/play

Because let's be serious for a moment: the high quality games they've pumped out has nothing to do with their success. Nope, it's people like you and me who have raised them up from the mud, and now they're getting ideas above their station.

If Bungie decides to hold a chunk of the game back for Playstation players only then yeah... I'm probably not going to buy it. If it's something dumb like a cape of helmet then I could care less. It's not childish whatsoever.

Even after I give you my reasons as to exactly what I would hate to see and why you're still arguing over the internet with someone about whether or not they're being childish. I'd say that's pretty childish of you. I'm not trowing any sort of tantrum. I'm just saying that if Bungie holds back something of worth on the Xbox(you know.... the system that essentially built Bungie into what it is today) I'd have to consider also turning my back. I honestly wouldn't care much either as Destiny is hardly on my must have games list. So if Bungie cuts a portion of the game just so PS fans can have something exclusive I'm probably not going to buy Destiny. It's not childish at all. I don't feel like getting screwed just as many people get screwed over not getting pre-order maps and such.
