Now if only the game was balanced.

 • Let me guess, to be like Halo CE, Halo 2 and Halo 3? LOL Reach and 4 are the most balanced games in the franchise.

 • What are you talking about? DMR and boltshot are overpowered and there are other minor balance issues, such as the suppressor for example. You insult people who complain about Reach's armor lock? Wow. You should get banned for that post.

 • Halo CE: God pistol where you can 3 shot people across the map Halo 2: BR is OP and with crazy auto aim Halo 3: BR > Everything Halo Reach: People complain about Armour lock (Boo Hoo) Halo 4: DMR is OP in close quarters. Again they are the most balanced. Yea they might have to weaken the boltshot and maybe tone down the firing rate of the DMR at close range but thats it.

The only good thing to come from Reach was the ZBNS v7 settings from the MLG playlist. That offered that best and most balanced competitive play from any of the titles, but even then they had to remove just about every new addition to Reach to make that possible. Halol 4 isn't even close when it comes to balanced. The DMR is OP at all ranges, custom loadouts make for even more random gameplay, the BM, AA, Bloom, and just overall terrible netcode make for a pretty terrible experience. It's even deterred me from even playing it at all unless a friend wants me to. And that's not even most of the problems with that game.

 • So from what I can tell your definition of unbalanced means 1. Crappy internet connection (HAHA) 2. Custom load outs (Just ignore what the different weapons do, the combination is OP) 3. Bloom (Been in every Halo game) 4. AA's (Which everybody can use instead of 1 person using a bubble shield) And your saying MLG made Reach balanced because they took everything out? Last I checked they took out all equipment from Halo 3 as well and added only Rockets,BR and Sniper Rifle. MLG doesn't like Halo unless its bare bones and no improvements. If something changes then the players need to change and they don't like that because that puts everybody on an equal footing to them. All the weapons (a few exceptions) are balanced to each other, the Carbine, Light rifle and DMR do exactly what they are meant to do, fight each other at long range. BR, Light Rifle = medium range Every other weapon not a power weapon = close range, heck the AR is actually useful compared to other games. Perks don't cause anybody to get an advantage and neither AA's unless your on Lockout with Promethean vision with the boltshot.

 •
So from what I can tell your definition of unbalanced means 1. Crappy internet connection (HAHA)
It's not my connection if most of my friends experience it, and not on any other title.
2. Custom load outs (Just ignore what the different weapons do, the combination is OP)
DMR, Boltshot, and JP or bust.
3. Bloom (Been in every Halo game)
They were on automatic weapons prior to Reach and Halol 4. Bloom on a precision weapon is just plain stupid.
4. AA's (Which everybody can use instead of 1 person using a bubble shield)
You have no control on over AA's. Anyone can and will spawn with the most OP of them all. Sprint: Let me just run away. JP: Let me ruin the map and map control. And so on.
And your saying MLG made Reach balanced because they took everything out? Last I checked they took out all equipment from Halo 3 as well and added only Rockets,BR and Sniper Rifle.
I never said that equipment was a good thing. The Rockets and Sniper are something to be fought for. Not something I can just call in because of a kill-streak. The BR was fine in Halo 3 even with it's terrible spread. Running out with an AR would get you killed, and if you did do that you deserved it.
MLG doesn't like Halo unless its bare bones and no improvements. If something changes then the players need to change and they don't like that because that puts everybody on an equal footing to them.
No improvements? No Spread in Reach (with no bloom) was an improvement. The netcode in Reach was in improvement. The Forging, which allowed for better creation of maps was an improvement. And why not want everyone to start off equal? Unless you want unbalanced play then do that.
All the weapons (a few exceptions) are balanced to each other, the Carbine, Light rifle and DMR do exactly what they are meant to do, fight each other at long range.
No point in using anything but the DMR in Halol 4. If not, you're going to get your ass kicked.
BR, Light Rifle = medium range
And they work in close range as well. The DMR works in all ranges.
Every other weapon not a power weapon = close range, heck the AR is actually useful compared to other games. Perks don't cause anybody to get an advantage and neither AA's unless your on Lockout with Promethean vision with the boltshot.
The AR is actually more useful, but perks do allow for advantages. They just aren't visually apparent, so no one can really get mad at something if they don't know exactly what it is. AA's do allow advantages as well. They're a crutch for players who have a loss of ability to take control over a certain situation.

 • >Thinks Halo 4 is the most balanced >Armor Abilities >Chastises Halo 3 for the BR being OP yet the DMR is better in every single way, it's OP, AND it's long range unlike the BR >Spawning with boltshot >People getting killstreaks that drop power weapons right to their feet while other people get -blam!-ing Needlers >Perks that allow you to spam more grenades than I'ver ever seen in a Halo game, then put ANOTHER perk that lets the explosions be even more powerful >1 hit kill sniper(combined with the shittiest hit detection alongside of BO2 makes for some retarded gameplay) >Asymmetrical maps that have one team spawning next to Rockets while the other team gets an LMG >JIP means you could join a game where you're losing by something you can't come back by
