Because Dead Orbit insists on ruling over all the other factions, and being persistently hostile.

I agree, they always say "Dead Orbit is best orbit" when there is no need to say that.

But aside from the role-play, it's all good fun! We don't even know if in-game these factions will be rivals yet.
