When companies say "we're a family here and we want you to have a family". Then they make you work 60+ hours a week and force you to leave town with just a few days notice. Blarg!

That's not so much of a double standard as a horrible shitty hypocritical company.

Its just that they preach, preach, and preach family family family, but then when it comes down to it, its work work work. To me, that's a double standard. But yes, you are also correct in saying its a horrible hypocritical company.
