Ill see it when I believe it, I mean for this one Gearbox made it and they are also famous for good games yet they still managed to colossally screw it up.

Actually, gearbox did the multiplayer and TimeGate Studios did main development of the campaign...blame them.

Towards release i started to get hyped for A:CM, then i realized it was made by the same guys who made Duke Nukem forever, Brothers in arms, and borderlands. So i guess it's unsurprising that a bad developer made another bad game

Gearbox made the first three Brother in Arms titles until Gameloft took over development. And those games were well received. Borderlands, while it may not be your cup of tea, was well received as well. Including the sequel. DNF, and apparently Aliens: CM, were development hell games that Gearbox bought and landed. The best we could hope for with DNF was a crash landing. Which it did. What happened with Aliens: CM is just mind boggling because the level of quality between the Demos and the actual game. They are almost two entirely separate entities with no relation to each other. The graphical quality of what was told to be gameplay demos is just completely unreachable on any PC without heavy modding. As bad as it is though, it's a outlier, not another data point proving the trend.
