What is your favorite live music show that you have been to?
-
I saw Rush in Sarnia Canada summer 2010. On the gate, VIP section, very front and even got a guitar pick from Alex ;-)
-
Disturbed in Birmingham. Although I have only been to one concert so my frame of reference is limited.
-
Halestorm at the Baltimore Soundstage it was awesome and I got met the opening act too
-
Does Blue Man Group count? They were surprisingly awesome.
-
In St. Louis I saw BrookRoyal, Sick Puppies, Papa Roach, and Breaking Benjamin <3
-
Radiohead at the Manchester Arena. That performance blew my freaking mind.
-
Rush, Judas Priest, Black Sabbath
-
Shit, too many good ones to say what was my favorite. Some of the shows that come to mind are: Living legends, Aesop Rock, Sage Francis, Tech N9ne, and Underoath.
-
I saw Finntroll and Ensiferum in 2011. I high-fived Ensiferum's bassist between songs and then skipped around with a bunch of other dudes in the pit.
-
Going to my first one today actually so I guess it will win by default.
-
Coldplay.
-
Only been to one music concert. Busted when I was like 7. Did see the Mighty Boosh live once. That was awesome :-)
-
I think the last how I went to was the best. It was Armin Van Buuren for his Intense tour and he played an absolutely amazing 3 hour set.
-
Roger Daltrey performing all of Tommy. That was amazing. I've always wanted to see Sonic Youth, but they broke up as soon as I got into them. :(
-
The first ever concert I went to, I got to dance onstage with Iggy Pop. That was pretty awesome. He was a cool dude, he even hugged me at the end! Only bad thing about it was no live performance since has been able to match it.
-
Wolf Parade Got super high, and my mind blown..
-
Eagles of Death Metal put on a pretty good show
-
Jimmy Buffet

Edited by Insane Assassin: 2/26/2013 2:14:14 AMI wish I was even alive at this time. Radiohead wasn't anything really unique before OK Computer, but damn were they still a -Blam!- awesome band.
-
I went to a Paul McCartney concert in 2009 and it was amazing. He had a surprise guest star come and play with him too. That guest was Billy Joel...

Buddy Guy - Gathering of the Vibes 2009

What if I've liked everyone I've seen and can't pick one?
-
Mötley crüe concert canadian tour
-
I think either Porcupine Tree a couple of years back in the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam, or Isis even further back in I believe Eindhoven.
-
I've never been to a concert, unless you count the time my mother saw Jimmy Page and Robert Plant play with the Indianapolis Orchestra while she was pregnant.
