Sublime? The old stuff is amazeballs. I'm not really into breaking Benjamin but blow me away is Okay. Tupac is a saint but I don't like the majority of his music.
-
If blow me away is the only song you've heard from breaking benjamin then I can understand but it's actually one of the worse ones out of the bands career. Shame they split up.
-
...Serious? Wow, I should do some research then....
-
U2: Bandwagon much? Mumford and Sons: Debatable but they are decent. Muse:Resistance and 2nd Law aren't great. Coldplay 2 good albums,2 meh ones and a shit one.
-
U2: No one even mentioned U2.. Mumford and Sons are one of the least varied artists out there today. Muse: a couple good songs(not their popular ones either), but mostly nothing special Coldplay: see muse Also, adding Sound Garden
-
Sound garden is good.
-
U2: general bandwagon not in this thread Mumford and Sons: It's folk music it not going to try and put a spin on reggae also they've only realesed 2 albums.
-
Mumford & Sons got lucky. There are much better folk bands out there (that don't just sing songs about being heartbroken over a girl). For example.

most people like U2, hence being overrated IMO. M&S is practically formulaic with their songs. Their indie-folk sound is creative and new, which is cool, so I give them respect for that. A lot of folk artists vary their songs by making some in 3/4, or adding instruments, voices, taking different tempos(most of M&S's are the same).. etc.
