My dad's family lives out in California, and they are slowly moving to the East Coast near me. Humidity sucks, but other than that, not much that's better in California. As long as you aren't in a huge city, it's cheaper by a lot, saying a decent house will only run for about $200,000, and a swanky house is just over 1 million where I am. My parents have had a thing for real estate shows, like 'Flip this House', and stuff like that. It always shows people grabbing foreclosed, 1-2 bedroom homes in California for more than brand new, 5 bedroom houses here. Makes me wish all the best gaming companies weren't all on the East Coast.
