I know on Bnet.old you could get down to around 120-130 characters before that error started popping up.
How many characters are you at?

I was between 9800 and 9900. I cut things down so I'd be under 9800, but it's giving me grief even when I don't touch the body (heh, innuendo) and only try to edit the tags.
