I usually play the game on normal, unless in a co-op party. Doing solo on normal I will always have these skulls on: Fog, Catch and Thunderstorm. (I also keep Grunt Birthday Party, IWHBYD, and Cowbell on.) For Legendary and Heroic co-op parties, we have everything on except Iron.
