I have the same problem but I can't load up Floodgate. All there is to it is to just make sure the disc doesn't get scratched and there should be no problems. If your xbox is scratching the discs you should send it in for repairs if the disc reader is faulty and scratchy up all your game discs. It wiped out my friend's collection before he realized what his 360 was doing to his games.
