I like infection, but I really wish that it included Classic Zombies. Classic zombies is more fun than infection, flat out.

i only got to play like five games or so because of work but it was awsome. I can understand why it would be bad for ranked matchmaking in the long run but it would still be cool if you could fit it into social.

I have to say that infection is my favorite game type. A bunch of my friends from work and I get together one night every week and play nothing but infection games actually. this is going to be awesome! I hope this becomes a more permanent feature. I could see how it might not be good in some situations for ranked play lists all the time (I can see some people figuring out how to abuse the system). But I think it would make a great addition for unranked matches, or even as it's own separate play list with different infection variants. My friends and i get endless hours of enjoyment with 'ninfection' matches (all zombies have active camo, no shields, and move at 150% speed.) And when you add forge to the mix it's even better. I have actually set up a forge version of high ground specifically for infection. All the weapons are removed from outside the base and there are crates and barriers littering the paths to the gate and other entrances to provide cover for the horde of zombies that spawn at the beach. Sort of a 'last stand' thing. Thanks for the addition guys and thanks for an awesome game!

it's almost impossible to get the "kill ten humans' medal since there are usually 3 zombies and 10 humans.

I like this play list. It would be cool if you kept it. I think I like the new styles of the maps the most. Bungie keep them coming :p. Creeping modes aren't my favorite though especially creeping rockets, but one bullet left is really fun xD.

guys guys guys, ive been playing this since lunch time and the maps are cool and all that yall made. but god, the variants suck horribly. both of the creeping gametypes are just bad. you can hardly kill anyone on either side, much less get a friggin overkill or triple sword kill to unlock the achievements. i love the original infection gametype, and the one that yall made close to that is pretty fine, albeit no where near even giving you a decent chance of getting an overkill or triple sword kill. or else its just my friggin luck today. ive gotten so mad trying to get those achievements that ive quit playing altogether. I think it was a great idea in the start, especially with the whole zombie connection, very cool, but please, fix the gametypes or Something to make it easier to get the achievements like you stated that it was one of your objectives to do. Also, i dont just straight out suck, take a look at my profile if need be. This was just frustrating. [Edited on 10.31.2007 6:24 PM PDT]

Even though other zombie gametypes are somewhat better, you guys dont understand why bungie made the ones they did. In oder for them to make a zombie playlist in which exp is going to be given out, the game has to be balanced. So they had to make the game fair for both the humans and the zombies. In the gametypes you guys are discribing the humans have a huge advantage over the zombie, even though its still possible for the zombies, the points would be very skewed in the humans favor. For the most part what I'm trying to say is that the "real" zombies is fun but should be kept to customs games, and the ones bungie made, and their maps as well, are just perfect for matchmaking.

Kudos to this for happening in general, but I am gravely disappointed by the functionality of matchmaking living dead with friends. The only way we can find ONE GAME or more is to be EXACTLY the same rank, and similar EXP levels. So it sucks pretty bad to have a busy day at work, come home, and see all my friends be rank 5 or something in zombie, but I cannot play with them unless I am also rank 5. I don't know how many other people have reported this glitch in the system, but it's putting an overall bitter taste in my mouth on the sweetest most candy filled day of the year. I love zombie. I love zombie with friends. You can have zombie with friends. I will take that. *Try to play with friends* This doesn't work, I found no games for 20 minutes of searching. Be the same Rank. I am filled with tears.

sumbody at bungie dropped the ball ... not only are the gametypes stupid (hammers + narrows = no fun) but the party system doesnt even work ... next time one of these is plan do a better job please guys

yeah, this gametype rocks. It would be sweet if there could just be a matchmaking type that was all forged map and game types, just because it adds some wicked flavor to the whole thing. But moral of the story is that this rocks.

I just hope they keep this play list. Limited time is for sales pitches, not features of a product. If you can make your game that much more enjoyable, why not keep it that way. I understand it takes away from other play lists and in H2 you had to condense to make sure you could find matches in slayer towards the end of it's life. This isn't the problem right now, keep the variety and let us slay zombies on the regular.

BUNGIE! People have been saying PARTIES ARE BROKEN since this began at midnight! Please fix it!!!! Time is running out and I am becoming quite disappointed. I'm also disappointed that it isn't humans-pistols, zombies-no shields. This humans-shotguns, zombies-swords and shields thing is kind of lame. Also, it'd be cool if people still could turn green when they got infected. Sweet maps though.
