The transition from the really old Bnet to the fairly old layout was smooth. This is anything but smooth. The forums have changed too rapidly. If they added the changes one by one and asked for feedback on them, we would get less people complaining.

Well you also need to note that they WANT complaining because they want to sort out any issues and concerns before the full site launches.

I understand that they want complaining but the reason why people hate Bnext is because it's different. If Bungie added the ideas slowly, the change would be less dramatic imo. Also, the criticism would be more refined. If we targeted one feature at a time, and improved it, it would lead to a more refined experience. That's how I would've formulated Bnext. But I'm trusting Bungie on this one.
