Why doesn't Bungie allow us to Report the Mods?

Do they trust them so much that they don't fear they will ever cross a line? or do they simply not want to have mods for the mods? I feel we need to be able to report them. We are essentially in a dictatorship were if we speak out against our overlords we get hit with a ban hammer. that is why I would like the option to report moderators.

Think about how you would report a policeman. Now imagine that difficulty saddled with 'we don't care, it's up to their discretion'. That's where you are with the B.net Mods. They're appointed so that Bungie doesn't have to do it in the first place. Plus, I've very rarely seen a Mod ban for a situation that in no way warranted it.
