How many emails do you think Bungie has received concerning "recon armor"?
I'll be honest, I did one too when I was young and I had just been watching John CJG or whatever he was before that. They said no.
Have you ever requested Bunige for recon? And how many request do you think they have gathered since Halo 3?

Lol, probably thousands. And this thread brings back awful memories of the days in Halo 3 where people would spam forward screenshots saying "FORWARD THIS TO [x] PEOPLE AND YOU UNLOCK RECON!" Ugh.

1 ReplyEdited by Myth of Tyrant: 1/24/2013 5:26:11 AMI got Halo 3 in late-ish 2008 and never knew about the Recon armor until the Vidmaster achievements, so I never had that awkward experience of e-mailing Bungie so that "i can haz recon?" Now Recon armor in Halo 4 is ugly. Reach's too, while we're at it.

I got Recon in 2008 from the double team Valentine's Day tournament, luckily I never had to beg but i'm sure I would have. ^_^
