About three days ago, I left my computer alone. My dad got on it and started to play some random game. But when I come back, I click in some folders, and the icons are slip in two, so-to speak.
Here's some screenshots of my Start and My Documents.

At first, the startbar looks normal. But look closer at the icons. There's a small fraction of the icon in the corners of the masked color bits of the icon.
Now, that doesn't look like much. But when compared with;

you can see a slight problem. (Aside from my poorly named items.) The folers look normal, but all the applications look like someone's used an axe and tried to glue them back on.
So, after a while of restarting, clicking and such, I have found no solution to this misterious (sp?) problem. I thought it could be some virus, but my virus scanner didn't pick up anything.
If there are any computer jean-asses out there, please. Help.
(Also, with the two (Turf, Sanctuary) new maps that came out for Halo2, does the bill goto the credit card or phone line? (Meh. Dumb question, but just making sure.))
EDIT: I forgot to put the links in. Meh.

Go to your desktop properties Then the "Appearance" tab. Click on "Effects" Then tick the box where it says "Use large icons" Then ok and apply, if it works just do everything again. Otherwise, HA HA! Edit: I had the same problem a while back, can't remember how to fix it though, but if that fails just download an icon program, one of the freebies from http://www.download.com/ and run it.
