What the heck is up with that Rubie's armor? Has Bungie/M$ licensed them to do Halloween costumes? If so, what does this mean to those people (myself included) that have made, or are planning to make, their own armor?

He's just saying that you can have two players on one Xbox and playing with one guy on Live and then another guy also on Live.
