You've asked a thousand times, we've done all we can. Now we're finally answering the question: "Will Halo 3 have online co-op?"

Life is truly good, if I had to choose between a copy of Halo 3 and a million dollars... Well i would take the money so I could buy more copies of H3, and life would be just great. I also like the new idea of having a seperate 4-team party, not just 4 spartans (but that would've been very awesome still) You guys are heroes amongst gamers, truly on a level almost equal to gaming gods. I wish you the best of luck with your technical problems that you will no doubt recieve on the glorious day of Halo, as always keep up the great work, I Love you too Bungie! Sean E. "Agent Midnight"

HOLY CRAP. When I read about the new co-op features I literaly broke my desk cause I jumped up for Joy. That is freakin awsome. Bungie u guys are the best thanx so much for makin the most awsome game ever.

All I can say is WOW ! Thank you Bunige for going way beyond expectation as always. Not only did you get it to work, you made it 4 way co-op. You really did bring a big knife to the fight.

Ok, 4 player online = the best thing ever! But 3 elites?!?! Bungie you are breaking my heart! I hate elites! Call me a xenophobe but they are the enemy! I can stomach the arbiter and a crony elite buddy but 3 are, well… couldn’t you have just written some other Spartan in? Yes I know they are all trapped in a Dyson sphere, but couldn’t you, oh I don’t know have a Spartan who was thought dead show up or something? He or she could have the mark V armor or something so you could tell them apart. I know that sounds lame, and I know marines don’t have shields, and you guys are already done so nothing will change, I just don’t like elites, but the game still looks awesome. Sorry to rant.

Conform with the masses that love this as you should!I'm not complaining, however...You know there are gonna be plenty of gamers trying to be player 1 so they can be master chief instead of an elite. I don't mind being an elite, in fact, they look much improved visually from halo 2. I can just see this being an issue for kids who just HAVE to be a spartan.Bungie knew way sooner than they let us know that this was going to be a feature in the game. They wanted to keep us all in a state of anxiousness until they revealed it as a guaranteed option. There is doubting that Bungie was at some point unsure of its inclusion into the game, but like lukems said, they have been playing it for quite some time; just wanted to cross "t"s and dot "i"s. I have been working my friend and brother into buying a 360 in time for the Halo 3 release. With this announcement, I convinced my friend to buy a 360; he has jumped on the bandwagon. Still working on my bro, but I know he is leaning towards it even more now that online co-op is confirmed. Thanks Bungie. You truly do kick our asses.
