Why does the flood hate on games that they havnt even played? This is a question a lot of people are asking these days. Yesterday, i created a thread titled "Popular video games that you hate". I most common replies i got were halo 4 (?), mine craft, and of course, CoD. But the thing is, i know for a fact that the people who listed those three haven't even played them, or only played them for a few minutes. To start, lets talk about the mine craft haters. It seems a lot of people on this website hate mine craft for some reason, and i dont know why. Is it because it doesn't really have any action, or is it because of the graphics? If it is because of the game play then let me remind you all that mine craft isn't supposed to be an "action game". The point of the game is to create your world and hang out with friends. Not to go around completing missions or quests or what ever you do in the video games you usually play. Anyways, you need to play it in depth to understand why it is so popular. Im sure the haters only mined a few dirt blocks and then gave up and played something else. The next game i will talk about is halo 4. It has came to my attention that the flood carries a lot of hate for a game that wont be released for another month. This puzzles me the most because the flood is saying things like "343 is ruining halo" when 343 never intended for halo 4 to be like any of the previous halo games. 343 clearly said that they were starting "a new trilogy" with halo 4 which means that it wont be anything like the old trilogy. Now i know it can anger fans when a new game developer takes a franchise, and adds features from a different franchise, to that franchise just so that that game can appeal to a larger crowd. Hell, the only reason i am getting the game is because of the campain, and my clan, you dont see me making hate threads about it. Unless you played at Pax, or Comic-con, and you found it horrible, then you can hate on it all you want. But remember this, most of the people at Pax, and Comic-con who stood in line for hours at a time to play it loved it. I will now finally talk about CoD. Now, i know that there has always been tension between halo and CoD fans, but i know for a fact that most of the people on this forum either haven't played it, or only played a couple matches of TDM, and emediatly returned it. Now, i have played every CoD game except CoD 2, and i must say that it isn't that bad, but i dont play it often because i despise the community. Is that the reason why the flood hates Cod? Because i dont blame you. OK, so that is all i to say to the people on this forum who hate on games that they haven't played. I will now put on my flame suit, sit back, and enjoy the ride.
