As for the challenge, guessing at Bungie Lore won't be enough. We want to see your problem solving mojo. Team up if you will, but a winner is just a guesser without documentation of how they solved the puzzle.

Idea: Since there are only the numbers 1-7 in the septagon, maybe we have to draw lines from each of the picture points (blue dots and the 4) to a certain number (one per arm), crossing out letters leaving us with the answer.
