I used an american express credit card should i change the credit card

I added a credit card to my account but when i dowload it says you will not be charged for this transaction WTF and when i was in the market place i could but points i bought some and it worked fine

i hope when they fix the premium purchases thing, they make it availiable for change on xbox.com also, considering i dont have a 360 but i linked my account to xbox.com making it like a 360 account. either that or they make the ogirinal xbox.com account controls accecible. p.s im from canada too, KICK ASS

Ok I Get the message "Installation of content failed. See www.xbox.com for more support information" So pretty much, IT WON'T let me download the maps. And also because of this, the matchmaking pregame is telling me since I am missing these maps, I can't play. The ones I can play are ones I hate. And even though you probably all already know this, XBOX TECH SUPPORT SUCKS TOTAL ASS. I want some help here before I snap or even worse, call tech support again... I am having the same problem as the dude above my post, the download bar fills instantly then the error message comes up. [Edited on 04.19.2007 6:27 PM PDT]

i know that's happening to me too. I tried to download the maptacular pack over again just to see if it was only the most recent maps thata re the problem, and now terminal backwash relic elongation and gemini are gone from my 360. wtf bungie

Ok.. is it just me? or has no one else, not even Bungie, realized that these maps are just terrible? Allow me to explain before you fanboys flame me (most of which dont even have the new maps yet because they don't own xbox live) Sure... the layout is great and when i first heard they were remaking Hang em High, i was more than excited... But now that i have them, i see so many things wrong with these maps. They don't even look or feel like they were tested... I have always been a huge Halo fan, and I remember having LAN parties at friend's houses. Hang em High was easily one of the greatest maps for halo 1. It was mainly a pistol map, and you played anything from FFA, to CTF, to TS on it. Now from what I have seen in Halo 2 so far is that the experience of the so called, "Hang em high remake" is no where near like the original. For one, the spawn points are HORRIFIC, and I think i might never play these maps again if they are not fixed. Blue team constantly spawns in the SAME EXACT SPOT (on top of Blue base), in perfect view of the enemy's BR reticule. Secondly, The map is too open. I can understand that they wanted to keep the same layout from the original HH but I have yet to see anyone who is stuck in the middle of the map survive. Basically, if you're in the middle, be prepared to get lead pumped into your head. There are TWO overshields, one of which is in a TERRIBLE spot on the map. The overshiled next to red base is fine, seeing as how the red base is the defensive base.... but i think the overshield in the trench should be taken out and a cloak should be put in near Blue base... that way you might be able to actually move across the middle of the map WITHOUT DIEING! Remeber the cloak on the original HH? I think that worked quite well. Why did you have to mess with it? But no, you replaced it with the 100% ACCURATE, SUPER POWERFUL BRUTE SHOT!! Also... If you haven't noticed, Bungie, There is an invisible wall/barrier in front of the red base entrance that negates ALL SHOTS! whether its from a BR or a Rocket Launcher! I don't know about you, but doesn't this just scream, "THIS MAP WASN'T TESTED, JUST RUSHED TO MARKET FOR PROFIT!!!" And dont even get me started on Desolation. since there is a rocket in the middle of the map, and a lift ten feet away from that rocket leading to an OVERSHIELD, Here is Desolation in a nutshell from a player's point of view... "HEY LOOK! A ROCKET LAUNCHER!" "HEY LOOK! A LIFT!" "HEY! THAT LIFT JUST MADE ME LAND DIRECTLY ON AN OVERSHIELD!" "HEY! I HAVE OVERSHIELD AND A ROCKETLAUNCHER! MAKING ME PRETTY MUCH UNSTOPPABLE!" "HEY! LOOK! AN SMG START NOOB!" *NOOB was killed by F TO THE AGGET* "PWN. ROFL. LMAO. IMA-blam!-." Seriously Bungie, did you even look at these maps after they were "finished"? They earn the -blam!-t!est map award next to Elong-blam!-tion and Backwash. I can only hope that these things are fixed before they are released to matchmaking... or we will all be stuck at 1 for a while after the rank wipe

I personally think that they should make the maps free.If they're just remakes then why should we pay for better versions of the maps we already have cant they just add it?

I went on to my 360 and did all that stuff it seid to downlode the new maps I put a credt card on my acount and all that stuff then I went to lode the new maps and it downloded in 2 sec. and then it seid the downlode has faled to lode why is this

any idea when they might become free?

1. I live in Kansas when can I expect to be able to download the maps or have they already come out in my region? 2. I put in the cc info. and it let me purchase them but it wont let me download them and i dont use a VGA cable. wats up?

It's only $4, and you need the maps to play certain games. You might as well get them now unless you're not a Halo fiend like me. :( A fiend who can only get her fix in Hardcore, where everyone likes to quit or suck.

So any1 know when these maps become FREE hopefully by then all problems will be fixed, and what if its a pain to get a credit card linked, they should have allowed 360 users to use MICROSOFT POINTS, maybe some consideration in this issue will be resolved by allowing 360 users to use points TEAM MORTALITY RULZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

sorry for the double post but i just started my 360 and there is an update i will tell you guys in a minute if the update fixed the: "installation of content failed. contact www.xbox.com ....." lazy dam people.. if u have time to post here and check back for an answer u surely have time to read the 1st page atleast and realize that YOU are NOT the only people with this problem. I had trouble downloading the maps on my xbox 360. When I did it would say Installation failed contact www.xbox.com for more support. Then I tried my xbox and they downloaded fine. ??
