Like Special Forces, Recon, ODST, and Marine Infantry. But does the UNSC [i]really[/i] need a strict uniform policy in the field anymore? I mean...either you're UNSC, Promethian, or Covenant. Either you're human or not. Yeah there are rebels, but they don't have a uniform, or a banner to wave over their collective heads. The taliban don't have a uniform and neither do the Insurrectinists (both aka terrorists).
