Why can't BUNGiE sue IGN? Or can they?
If BUNGiE wasn't planning on revealing anything yet what gave IGN the right to post leaked images? Is there not a law or something to stop that kind of thing?
What the hell BUNGiE? Kick their asses!
Also could they if they wanted to?

Maybe not sue IGN because as far as I know they shouldn't be under NDA. The person who gave the images to IGN could definitely be sued, he was more than likely under NDA when bungie gave him the images.
