People complain regularly about the BR and some even have suggestions to improve it. Of course game developers are the only people with proper merit to discuss what effect BR changes would have on the game. I think the BR discussion cosely resembles the melee one. A percentage of the community felt like the melee needed polish and Bungie tweaked them.
