Dr. Manhattan is intangible so therefore cannot be touched by Saint's bullets.[/quote] They're magic, and probably just as invulnerable as the man who wields them. The true God is at once everything and outside of everything, the ultimate untouchable.[/quote] God in Preacher likely was that. The Saint of Killers killed Him anyway, because he's the Angel of Death. And I have no clue if anybody already dead, undead, semi-dead or whatever would be safe from his bullets.
