I instantly realised it was because I am a Child Account. Being in New Zealand that means I can't download [b]anything[/b] from the Marketplace (not even [i]Viva Pinata[/i] content, not that I've tried), even when my Family Settings are set to allow everything. By the time I had signed in to an Adult Account the code (and every other code) had been snagged by somebody else. Oh, and I'm not directing this at Sketch, I'm merely telling a sad story.
